Tuition & Pricing
We believe dog training should feel approachable, flexible, and realistic for everyday life. Our tuition structure is designed to give dogs the consistency they need to learn while allowing owners the freedom to choose a training plan that fits their goals, schedule, and level of involvement.
All new clients begin with a 3-week starter period before deciding whether to continue week-to-week or transition into a discounted training package. This allows us time to build communication, evaluate progress, and create a strong foundation for long-term success without requiring a large upfront commitment.
Whether you want to be highly involved in the training process or prefer a more guided approach, we offer flexible scheduling options to support both you and your dog throughout the learning journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. All clients begin with a 3-week starter period, but there is no required long-term commitment after that point. Clients may continue week-to-week, transition into a package, or stop training if they feel they have reached their goals.
Why do clients start with a 3-week starter period?
The first few weeks help us build communication, evaluate your dog’s learning style, establish routines, and begin creating consistency before transitioning into a longer-term plan.
Can I upgrade into a package later?
Yes. Clients may transition into a 6-week or 12-week package at any point after the starter period. Any tuition already paid during the first 3 weeks is applied toward the total package cost.
Which training schedule should I choose?
We offer flexible scheduling options based on your goals, lifestyle, and level of involvement in the training process.
- 2 sessions/week is best for owners who want to be highly involved between sessions
- 3 sessions/week is our most common and balanced option
- 4 sessions/week is great for busy schedules or owners who prefer a more guided process
If you are unsure which option is the best fit, we are happy to help guide you.
What types of training do you work on?
Training plans are customized for each dog and may include:
- Loose leash walking
- Engagement and focus
- Basic obedience
- Impulse control
- Confidence building
- Puppy foundations
- Real-world manners
- Behavior modification support
Where does training take place?
We focus on real-world training in environments where dogs actually live and learn. Sessions may take place:
- In your home
- In public dog-friendly spaces
- During walks or outings
- In everyday environments relevant to your goals
How long does training take?
Every dog learns at a different pace. Some dogs make significant progress within a few weeks, while others benefit from longer-term consistency and ongoing support. Our goal is to create lasting skills and communication rather than rushing the process.
What would payments actually look like?
Here is a simple example of how our payment structure works:
A client training 3 sessions per week would begin with the required 3-week starter period at $200/week.
The first 3 weeks are paid up front:
Week 1: $200
Week 2: $200
Week 3: $200
Initial total: $600
After the starter period, the client may:
- Continue week-to-week
- Stop training
- Upgrade into a discounted package
If the client decides to transition into the 6-week package ($1,100 total), the original $600 already paid is applied toward the package cost.
Remaining balance: $500
